I specialize in Caribbean soul food as my roots are both Caribbean and southern. i have been catering for over 10 years, combining great Caribbean & soulful flavors that wow's my client's tastebuds.

$20 - Caribbean Oxtail Plate (Tender, slow braised otails seasoned with authentic Caribbean herbs and spices, simmered until the meat falls off the bone. Served with fragrant peas and rice and a side of stir fried cabbage, lightly sauteed with fresh vegetables for a flavorful and balanced plate)
$15 - Jerk Chicken Plate (Juicy chicken marinated in a bold blend of Caribbean jerk spices, then grilled to perfection for a smoky, spicy kick. Accompanied by class peas and rice and stir fried cabbage. This dish brings the true taste of the islands to your table)
$15 - Curry Chicken Bowl (Succulent pieces of chicken simmered in a rich , golden Caribbean curry sauce, layered with aromatic spices. Served over fluffy jasmine rice and paired with a crisp refreshing garden salad to balance the flavors in every bite)
