About Me:

For many, I'm known as Alyrisz, but my story truly begins as Lacresha—right under my grandmothers' aprons. The kitchen was our gathering place, where they cooked and served the local community, teaching me the profound connection between food and family. That foundation, combined with almost two decades of hands-on restaurant experience, is the heart of my business today.

I further honed my skills with a degree in Food Entrepreneurship from Auguste Escoffier. While I love cooking for my own family (especially alongside my children, nieces, and nephews!), my mission is to extend that care outward. I'm dedicated to helping local families meal plan and prepare their lunches weekly—providing delicious, high-quality, and, most importantly, affordable meals that everyone can enjoy.
