For many, I'm known as Alyrisz, but my story truly begins as Lacresha—right under my grandmothers' aprons. The kitchen was our gathering place, where they cooked and served the local community, teaching me the profound connection between food and family. That foundation, combined with almost two decades of hands-on restaurant experience, is the heart of my business today. I further honed my skills with a degree in Food Entrepreneurship from Auguste Escoffier. While I love cooking for my own family (especially alongside my children, nieces, and nephews!), my mission is to extend that care outward. I'm dedicated to helping local families meal plan and prepare their lunches weekly—providing delicious, high-quality, and, most importantly, affordable meals that everyone can enjoy

My name is Nia Davis and I’ve been baking for about 4 years now. In March of 2025 I made my business legal. My business concept of Cupcake Canvas is for customers to create the kind of dessert they want without any limitations. The dessert of their choosing is a “blank canvas” and with their creative mind , they get to create whatever flavor profile they are thinking of. My goal as the owner is to have the costumer to explore with texture and different flavor profiles to indulge in. My top cupcake flavors are caramel biscoff, banana pudding, cookies n cream and strawberry dream. I have other flavors such as chocolate peanut butter vanilla , wedding , carrot and confetti bday cake. Singles are $6. Half dozen are $30 w/o customizations. I have 24 count as well that are $64. I do party treats at a dozen ranging from $15-$25 w/o customizations. As well as birthday cakes other celebratory events like wedding, graduations, baby shower etc.

As a Raleigh native, Quincy "Chef Q" Jones comes from a close knit family that strongly believes memories can be made over a hot meal, a cold drink, and the people you love the most around you. Food has the unique ability to bring the whole family together and keep them smiling. With these core family values in mind, Chef Q has been able to take his love and passion for good food and place it into every dish that he prepares. I make (from scratch) healthy & lean meals using ingredients such as rice, beans, marinara sauce, seasonal produce, chicken breast, ground turkey (93% lean) and lean pork loin. A few dishes are made in a pressure cooker for juicy, tender meat without over cooking. Unlike many other pre-cooked meal services, my meals don’t require you to season them; just reheat and enjoy!
